Alan Lau graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a double degree in politics and law in 2016. Upon finishing his legal training in a prominent local law firm and being admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2019, Alan began working as a programme officer for the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Leadership Institute.
Since then, Alan has acquired ample experience in curating a wide variety of leadership training programmes from large-scale territory-wide events, such as the Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival to the Moot Court Summer School, the first of its kind programme in Hong Kong (in partnership with the Law Society of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong).
Alan also has extensive experience in delivering tailor-made leadership training, focusing on design-thinking, facilitation, communication and public speaking skills, to young people of all ages and a wide variety of organisations
